Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, manufacturer, and order value. Always check the exact cost in your shopping cart before finalizing your order.

Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands

Shipping rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on:

  • Order weight and volume
  • Manufacturer of the products
  • Total purchase amount
  • Delivery destination

Some products from premium manufacturers may have special shipping conditions which will be indicated on the product page.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

For deliveries to these areas, we will send you a personalized quote via email with handling and shipping costs before you confirm your purchase. You can accept or cancel the order without any obligation.

Shipping to Europe

We ship to all of Europe. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, please contact us and we will inform you of the applicable rates.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product:

Products in Stock

Products available in stock are shipped within 2-3 working days from order confirmation and payment.

Products Made to Order

Some premium products are made to order. The delivery time is indicated on each product page and may vary between 2-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer and model.

Transit Time

  • Peninsula: 2-3 working days from shipment
  • Balearic Islands: 3-7 business days from shipment
  • Europe: 7-10 business days from shipment

Bulky or Heavy Products

Some bathroom products, such as complete furniture sets, large-format washbasins, etc., require special delivery conditions:

Delivery Type

Standard delivery service includes delivery to the street level or building entrance . The carrier is not obligated to carry the goods to upper floors or inside the home.

Important Recommendations

  • Make sure you have help available: Bulky products may require two or more people for safe handling.
  • Check access: Verify that the product can pass through doors, hallways, and stairs to its final location.
  • Elevator: If you live in an apartment without an elevator or with a small elevator, take into account the dimensions of the product.
  • Unloading area: Make sure there is space available for unloading and temporary storage of the product.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real time.

Order Receipt - VERY IMPORTANT

⚠️ Attention: It is essential that you carefully check your order at the time of delivery.

Reception Procedure:

  1. Check the packaging: Before signing the carrier's delivery note, visually inspect the condition of the packaging.
  2. Note any damage: If you notice any bumps, breaks, crushing or any other damage to the packaging, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing.
  3. Check the merchandise: If possible, open the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the products.
  4. Photograph the damage: Take photographs of the packaging and the product if you notice any damage.

Deadline for Claims for Transport Damages

You have 24 hours from receipt of the order to notify us of any damage or defects.

To file a claim for shipping damage, please contact us immediately, including:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Copy of the delivery note with the noted incidents

Important: Claims for transport damage submitted more than 24 hours after receipt cannot be processed with the transport company.

Product Installation

The shipping service does NOT include product installation.

Installation Recommendations

Bathroom products require professional installation to ensure their proper functioning and safety:

  • Hire a qualified professional: We strongly recommend hiring a professional plumber or installer with experience in bathroom products.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions: Each product includes installation instructions that must be followed strictly.
  • Check the connections: Make sure that the water, drainage and electricity connections (if applicable) comply with current regulations.
  • Check compatibility: Before installation, verify that the product is compatible with your existing installation.

Warranty and Installation

Important: Improper installation may void the manufacturer's warranty. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered by the warranty.

Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options.

Right of Withdrawal

According to current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns

In order for us to accept a return, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original unopened packaging
  • Not having been installed, assembled or used
  • Keep all original labels, protective coverings, and accessories
  • No damage, scratches or signs of use
  • Include all documentation and accessories that came with the product

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Products manufactured to order or customized according to customer specifications
  • Products that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (installed taps, open toilets, etc.)
  • Products whose protective seal has been removed

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us: Send an email through our contact page indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: We will send you the instructions and the return authorization.
  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
  4. Shipping: Send the product to the address we will provide.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the shipment on our part.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Note the damage on the carrier's delivery note.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging
  3. We will proceed with the exchange or refund at no cost to you.
