Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary according to destination, manufacturer, and order value. Always check the exact cost in the shopping cart before finalizing your order.
Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands
Shipping rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to:
- Weight and volume of the order
- Product manufacturer
- Total purchase amount
- Delivery destination
Some premium manufacturer products may have special shipping conditions which will be indicated on the product page.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
For shipments to these areas, we will send you a personalized quote by email with handling and shipping costs before confirming your purchase. You can accept or cancel the order without any commitment.
Shipping to Europe
We ship throughout Europe. If your country does not appear in the list during the purchase process, contact us and we will inform you of the applicable rates.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product:
Products in Stock
Products available in stock are shipped within 2-3 business days from order confirmation and payment.
Transit Time
- Peninsula: 2-3 business days from shipment
- Balearic Islands: 3-7 business days from shipment
- Europe: 7-10 business days from shipment
Made-to-Order Products
Some premium products are made to order. The delivery time is indicated on each product page and can vary between 2-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer and model.
Bulky or Heavy Products
Some bathroom products, such as complete furniture, large format sinks, etc., require special delivery conditions:
Delivery Type
Standard transport service includes delivery at street level or building entrance. The carrier is not obligated to carry goods to upper floors or inside the home.
Important Recommendations
- Ensure you have help available: Bulky products may require two or more people for safe handling.
- Check access: Verify that the product can pass through doors, hallways, and stairs to its final location.
- Elevator: If you live on a floor without an elevator or with a small elevator, consider the product's dimensions.
- Unloading area: Ensure there is available space for unloading and temporary storage of the product.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real-time.
Receiving Your Order - VERY IMPORTANT
⚠️ Attention: It is essential that you carefully check your order at the time of delivery, before the carriers leave your home.
Receipt Procedure:
- Check the packaging: Before signing the delivery note, visually inspect the condition of the outer packaging.
- Note any damage: If you observe dents, breaks, crushing, or any damage, make a note of it on the delivery note before signing. If the delivery note is signed without observations, we cannot assume responsibility for aesthetic or procedural damages in the delivery.
- Check the merchandise: Open the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the internal condition of the product.
- Photograph damages: Take photos of the packaging and the product if you observe any damage.
Time Limit for Claims for Transit Damages
You have 24 hours from receipt of the order to notify us of any damage or defect.
If the incidents are not noted on the delivery note, we will not be able to claim them from the transport company, so it is essential to note them at the time of receipt.
To file a claim, contact us immediately including:
- Order number
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Copy of the delivery note with the incidents noted
Important: Claims submitted after 24 hours from receipt cannot be processed with the shipping company.
Product Installation
The shipping service DOES NOT include product installation.
Installation Recommendations
Bathroom products require professional installation to ensure proper functioning and safety:
- Hire a qualified professional: We strongly recommend hiring a plumber or professional installer experienced in bathroom products.
- Follow manufacturer's instructions: Each product includes installation instructions that must be strictly followed.
- Verify connections: Ensure that water, drainage, and electrical connections (if applicable) comply with current regulations.
- Check compatibility: Before installation, verify that the product is compatible with your existing installation.
Warranty and Installation
Important: Incorrect installation may void the manufacturer's warranty. Damages resulting from improper installation are not covered by the warranty.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options.
Right of Withdrawal
According to current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions for Returns
For us to accept a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, unopened packaging
- Not have been installed, assembled, or used
- Retain all original labels, protective coverings, and accessories
- Show no damage, scratches, or signs of use
- Include all documentation and accessories that came with the product
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
For reasons of hygiene and personalization, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Products manufactured to order or customized according to customer specifications
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (installed faucets, opened toilets, etc.)
- Products whose protective seal has been removed
How to Make a Return
- Contact us: Send an email via our contact page indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: We will send you instructions and return authorization.
- Packaging: Carefully package the product in its original packaging.
- Shipping: Send the product to the address we will provide.
Return Costs
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in shipment on our part.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product during transit:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery note
- Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographs of the product and packaging
- We will proceed with an exchange or refund at no cost to you
